Goal 1: Do better in volleyball

I want to get better at hitting and saving the ball
I can get better at hitting the ball by focusing on explosive footwork for a powerful approach to
the ball. Perfecting your arm swing with a "whip" motion for more speed. Make sure when your going
to hit the ball you hit it with a solid hand. Also, working on smart shot selectiong like rolls
tips.
I can get better at diving in volleyball by focusing on getting low to the ground, using your
momentum to glide forward(not floping), and landing on your chest/stomach with your arms extended to
create a platform, finsishing byu pushing up with your hands and one foot to get back in ready
position, using drills like sliding on socks or exercise balls to build comfort and techique.
Goal 2: get all A's in schools

I want to get my grades up
Sleep more get to about 7-9 hrs of sleep your brain processes and restores information while your
self improves more.Re-read notes within 24 hours for better retention.Study consistently over
time.Ask questions, engage with the material. Also create a good environment like cleaning your
desk, and put out pleasant smells.
Also by listening more in class can help you understand more about something instead of daydreaming,
etc.
Goal 3: Go outside more

Do more things outside
Block out short times for outdoor activity in your calendar like a morning walk or evening stroll.
Visit a new country, explore local hidden gems, work remotely from abroad, try monthly adventures.
Create a "mini bucket list" of local landmarks, parks, or murals to visit Challenge yourself to take
and share one photo of the natural world every day. .
Second, you can also go outside more by getting of your phone for awhile instead of watching social
metia (like tiktok, instagram, facebook, and etc.)
